Rich Sheehan is a British Designer and Illustrator based in Tokyo, Japan.
Rich Sheehan is a graduate of Central St. Martins College of Art & Design and London College of Communication, University of the Arts London.
His early years formed by a love of skate and street culture, started out with creating album art for hip-hop MC’s, making flyers and merch for bands and breaking crews, and competing in live art battles. During and after graduating he worked freelance and in-house with agencies and companies including Monorex, Sundance TV, John Brown Media and as part of an award winning marketing team at Just Eat.
His work has featured in publications such as Creative Review and Offset.
In 2013 he co-founded the multi award winning The Toy Chronicle news platform. His Toy Terror custom designer toys, known for anatomical horror and incredible detail, have been exhibited and commissioned across the world.
His love for giant robots and monsters are fulfilled in Godzilla’s original stomping ground where he now lives and works, in Tokyo, Japan.
